DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

• Services presented on this website can be subject to discounts according to the conditions which were communicated to you on the day you became a reseller.

• To get the discounts, it is necessary to connect when arriving on the website or click on the button in top on the right side, with the data which were communicated to you on the day you became a reseller.

• Options (lunches, hotel pick up and drop off,...) are not subject to discounts.

ORDERS

• Orders have to be passed with only one customer’s name. It is impossible to create a global reservation for various different customers.

• All services booked on this website have to be paid right at the moment of the booking. Non-paid services won’t be taken into account by our reservation desk.

• Some services have to be validated within a maximum delay of 24h. They are distinctly indicated when you book.

VOUCHERS

• After the payment, you can get access to your client account to download the vouchers which will enable you to get the services.

• Vouchers show the names of the customers, the name you indicated when you first book.

CLIENT ACCOUNT

• Your client account is available at any time. To get connected, please click on the link “Client account” in the menu and use your email address and the booking number.

• For optimal follow-up, we recommend you use your client account each time you want to communicate with our services.
